Puglia with Rossella

A Personal
Journey

Puglia has never been just a destination for me. It’s home.

My family is from Mola di Bari, and since I was seven years old, every summer meant going back there with my Nonna. That’s where I learned everything. The recipes, the ingredients, the rhythm of daily life. It’s the place that shaped the way I cook and the way I see food.

This trip is about experiencing that heritage together.

We will cook, eat, and explore Puglia at a natural pace, through its people, its traditions, and its flavors.

I will be there every step of the way, guiding you through the places, the food, and the stories that made me who I am.
